So Polaris has come and we are left amazed at some things and scratching our heads at others. The main thing we get asked by our customers is “can we now use Dynamics CRM on our iPads?”. The answer to this question can vary depending on your point of view.
If you are looking for a supported solution then Microsoft has really let us down. Functionality in this release is only confined to the sales entities and new flow forms. Somona partners have done an extensive analysis of the iPad functionality at the following URL

On the other hand, if you are not at all bothered by supported or unsupported then just type in the full URL (i.e https://SERVER:PORT/main.aspx) in Safari and hey presto full CRM on the iPad.
We have tested this for a short period and can say that it does work, however it can crash from time to time.
